No, not a 'horse trade', 'baseball card trade', or even a 'Shaq

For most of us, we have alot more time than money. Raise your
hand if you're one of us.

As suspected, I see quite a few hands.

Although, in this fast-paced world of ours, even time is getting
hard to come by.

To participate, participate and then participate some more.

Did I say participate yet. If not, let me say you should
contribute (thought I was going to say participate didn't you?)

Ask questions on topics you want to know about and answer
questions you already know about.

And with each contribution, also known as a posting, include an
allowable signature line that promotes your product, course,
service, etc (related to the topic of discussion).

Example, if you were participating in a post about Internet
marketing or product creation (and you have a product or service
catering to this market), you might leave a signature like ..

Ideally, you'll want to send visitors from your link to a page
where they exchange their contact information to get more quality
info about the topic in the post. Or at least have an email
capture system in place when they leave your site.

For example, you may want to write a brief report containing a
few quality tips. Put it in an autoresponder or post it on a web
page. When someone subscribes to receive your Tips (aka,the
salad), you'll send them your report which will lead them to your
main product web site to get the full course meal.

Important Posting Tip:
Always check the rules and policies first to make sure you're
being responsible when posting. Nothing discredits you, your
